Basix Skin Defence Cream is distributed in New Zealand by Maxalite NZ Ltd.
Maxalite NZ accepts the return of faulty products for a period of 60 days after the date of shipping. If a product is deemed to be faulty by the customer, please advise Maxalite NZ by emailing a description of the claim, and where possible an image of the faulty product. Please email to campbell@maxalite.com.
Shipping costs on all returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Care must be taken when ordering Basix products as results are not typical with anti-snoring products, and non-faulty products can not be returned for a refund.

All faulty products qualify for a full refund excluding any shipping costs that may have been incurred.
